From play therapy to parent coaching, every service we offer is rooted in developmental science, trauma-informed care, and a deep belief in your family's resilience. Our focus is children and families, and some of our therapists also see adults and couples.
Developmentally appropriate, play-based therapy for children as young as age 2 through teens. We use the language kids already know: play, story, sand, art, movement, to help them process big feelings, build emotional regulation, and develop the tools to thrive at home, in school, and with peers. Parent consultations are scheduled at least monthly to review goals and progress.
Gentle, evidence-based support for children and families healing from traumatic experiences, abuse, neglect, accidents, medical trauma, grief, or sudden loss. We integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) with play and expressive modalities so kids can process at a pace that's safe and developmentally right for them.
When one member of a family is hurting, everyone feels it. Family and couples sessions help you communicate more clearly, repair ruptures, and build the kind of connection that makes hard moments easier to navigate together. Several of our therapists also see adult individuals and couples for ongoing work.
You don't need to do this alone. Parent coaching gives you concrete, practical tools for the moments that matter most, the tantrums, the meltdowns, the 10pm bedtime battles. We translate clinical insight into language and strategies you can actually use.
A practical, parent-focused digital training that teaches you exactly what to say and do in the moment to reduce tantrums, build connection, and help your child regulate big emotions. Designed for parents of kids ages 2 to 10 who want clear, simple scripts they can use tonight.
A 10-week, step-by-step parent program that goes beyond managing behavior to help you understand what's underneath it, strengthen connection, and create lasting, positive change in your child. Ideal for parents of kids 3 to 12 who are ready to move past quick fixes. Currently in beta.
Some experiences are too big, or too young, for words. Sandtray therapy uses miniatures and a tray of sand to let kids (and adults) create scenes that reveal what's hard to say out loud. Combined with expressive arts, it opens doors to healing that traditional talk therapy often can't.

Behavior is communication. Underneath every meltdown, every refusal, every silence, there's a story trying to be heard. Our work is to listen, and to help families listen, too.
